Call Back Message Originator from Unity 3.0

I have a functionality question...Can you with Unity 3.0 and Call Manager 3.0 call a user back that left you a message with one touch dialing (e.g. press 11 to call this user back). I know you can reply (Option 4), but I need to know if there is any hidden callback functionality or if this could be done with a call handler. I can't find anything on CCO or the Unity Admin guide.<br><br>Thanks,<br>Mike<br><br>

this isn't currently possible in 3.x. Unity 4.0 has this on the list of features to deliver later this year I believe.

This is the feature called live reply in the Unity 4.0 release. The feature will only work for replying back to Unity subscribers though. You will not be able to call back an outside caller, even though their ANI ia available.
