Call back vs. Extension mobility

Hi,

I have a problem with Call back feature in our firm(CCM 4.1.2). We use Extension mobility so we have to set all Device profiles to type of phone 7912. When I set up Softkey Template with Call back button I can to see it only on 7912 type of phone. There is no call back button on types 7940,60.

When I create Device profile for 7940 phone as 7940 all functions are OK, but as I read I have to se all profiles(for 7912,7940,7960) as 7912 type in context of differences in phone button template.

To resolve this problem, upgrade your Cisco IP phone load to P00303020300.bin

Copy P00303020300.bin to the C:\Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath directory on the TFTP server.

Open the Cisco CallManager Administration page and enter the username and password.

Select System > Device Defaults.

Change the default load of the device in question to P00303020300.

Click Update.

Reset the devices in question to get the new load.
