Call busy tone when hunt group has no free members

Hi,

Have a question about hunt groups: If I have a hunt group with say 4 members and a call comes into the hunt group DDI from the PSTN, is it possible if all the hunt group members are busy to have a busy tone sent to the PSTN caller rather than a Call Rejected?

If not are there any workarounds, for example forwarding the last huntgroup member on busy back to itself....I am not entirely sure CM will like this and will it cause routing loops in the system?
