i have a user who cant receive incoming phone calls on a line if she is already on the phone. the second caller will hear " call can not be completed as dialed".
any ideas?

What are the Max Calls, Busy Trigger, and Call Forward Busy destination settings for this DN?

Busy Trigger - 2
Call Forward Busy - voicemail "checked" - destination empty - ccs empty

I assume you can call the voicemail pilot DN from this DN?

yes - things work fine until she is on the line with another call.
i'm going to troubleshoot tonight.
i'll post results this week.

Hi Jerry,
Did you solve your issue ? I'm having a similar one here: when the user's on the line, we get a reorder tone. The CFB & CFNA are set to go to VM.
The workaround is to uncheck the boxes to disable the forwards to VM, fill the box with the DN of the VoieMail Pilot, update, reset and then it works. After that, we check the boxes to set the forwards to go to VM and it's ok. Any ideas ?
