Hi!

I am tasked in designing a call center for our company, can you help me design this particular network. Is there a particular web site where I can view a checklist that will enable me to design this setup?

Hi,

I seek a formula in order to measure the number of agents which it is necessary for a call center, the known elements are the average number of calls and the time of conversation. What I miss it is the average rate of production that alloued to an agent...
