Call Conference Bridge

I am new to these phones, so please bare with me.

I have two locations. A and B. Users in location A have no problem making conference calls with their phones. But users in location B, when they push the conference button on their 7960s, nothing happens. No dial tone. Nothing. Any advice?

It is most likely an issue with Media Resources. Verify that you have Media Resource Groups/Lists available to the phones in location B. I will assume that you are using the g.729 codec at that site so you should make trancoding resources part of their MRG.
