Can anyone interpret this ccm trace?
We have about 5 phones setup with a rotary line configuration. The pilot number is 48100 down to 48103. What we are seeing is when someone is on line 48100 and another call comes in on 48100, the second incoming caller's call is dropped. Its as if the end station is hanging up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is your configuration? Please specify the pilot point and the hunt group members under it.
Are you using WebAttendant or Attendant Console? You can check this by looking at the path of the TCD service in the services panel under administrative tools.
Which CallManager version are you using?
Thanks

Greetings Hollis,
I suspect your Call Forward Busy CSS may not include the partition your CFB destination extension is in. Can you check this? /Wes
