call drop after hold press

CCM----ICT-----CCME

Calling from CCM4.1 IP Phone to phone in CCME and placing it on hold, the call is dropped. The trace does not help me much. Anyone has experienced this issue?

Do you have MOH in seperate device pool with different Region using g.711 wheareas the dial-peer uses g.729 (default)? Try adding codec g711 ulaw on the dial-peer or create "voice-class codec" listing g711 and g729 and assign this to the dial-peer.

i changed the trunking from ict to h323 and the issue was solved, thank you anyway
