Call Drops in the Remote site

We have a problem with IP Phone call drop.

IP phone(C7960, DN:2001) calls are no problem in the local site with CCM 3.1.3a, but a IP Phones(3001) in the remote site connected via the VPN calls the 2001, the 2001 can hear the connection tone but the call will be droped when pick up the phone. Even both phone are both in the remote site.

I checked the CCM Evenviewer and indicated some phone unregistered errors. I know the issue is the phone can't keep the TCP connection with the CCM and maybe the network issue.

Because the connection tone can be got, so the SIP call setup packects can be passed the VPN, looks like the RTP voice stream triggered the TCP connection drop when pickup the phone, but why?

Any point?

I had the same problem until I upgraded the PIX IOS to 6.2.2 in my PIX 501 Firewall.

Today I fixed the issue by making sure "no fixup protocol skinny 2000" on both side PIX's.

Sometime we drop calls over H.323 trunk between NY and CA

Local IP Phones works just fine

Any commens on PIX config as far H.323 is concerned???

PL help me..I need you support ASAP..Thx a lot in advance.
