Call drops problem

Hi folks,

I have this strange problem:

when the public call my MD, it will be directed to his PA, his PA will answer on his behalf, and then transfer the call back to the MD by pressing the speed dial button(MD number) followed by pressing the transfer button. However, the call will drop the moment the PA put down her phone.

It happens once in a blue mood, the phones were changed and all settings reconfigured, however the problem keeps recurring. This does not happen on other phones.

Is it a bug? How do I go about solving this problem?

Sounds like a bug. You didn’t mention your software version, but make sure you are on the latest. Also check out the bug tool:
