Call drops with 15 secs

I sending the call to the my service provider, they using cisco gateway. Every 15 secs the call will drop, I try using as5300 and 3640 with FXO cards to send the call, however, the result is the same. How to solved the problem? Thanks!

I am wondering how do you get Q931 debug message for FXO voice call drop. May be you should double check, if you monitoring the correct ports.
