It seems our internal IT is Reseting or Restarting Phones for one reason or another. When this happens, our display no longer shows that the line is Forwarded, but in reality it is. I have confirmed this by viewing the phone>then line in CCM. If I press the CFwdALL softkey once in this state, it behaves as if to clear the Call Forward like it would had the display been correct.
Anyone ever run into this? Any explanation as to why or how to avoid it or rectify it?
