Call Forward all working for internal calls not external
I have setup several user to call forward their 7960 phone to their cell phones when they away from the office and if you call from within the IPT network the call gets routed to the Cell but if you call from the PSTN or outside the IPT Network you receive a busy and the call does not go through.
Do you have any suggestions what to look for to allow external calls to route out the voice gateway when users have their call forward all activated?
