Call Forward All

When I hit the callFwdAll softkey I get an 'error database' on the phone. Any idea?

check your phones CFwdAll configuration on the line settings.

if all looks good, change the values, update, reset phone, change the values back to what you would like, update and reset again.

then test your CFwdAll again.

(thinking there could be a glitch in the phone config/file)

Check the replication with the DBLHelper if everything is correct try restarting the Database Layer Monitor service in all the servers in the cluster.
