Call Forward Does Not Work Properly with Toll Free Number

I have a toll free number pointed to a local DID in my Cisco Call Manager. On occasion, when we are unable to answer a call that comes into that toll free number we forward it to a cell phone.

Once the call is established to the cell phone, both the caller and the cell phone recipient are unable to hear each other. This only occurs when dialing into the toll free number. If I dial directly to the local DID and allow the call manger to perform the call forward, it works fine. Any ideas?

In order to do a troubleshooting , you need to collect one trace for the call using the local number that gets transferred, and then one

trace for a call that goes though the toll free number. Using those traces we can find where exactly is the issue.
