User wants to forward external calls only to cell phone and let the internal calls go to voice mail. Can this be done? 7941 phone;Call Manager 4.2;

Hi Mary,
Hope all is well :) This is not possible with Call Forward All but is possible with Forward No Answer and Forward Busy. For example;
Device>Phone>Selected DN>Call Forward and Pickup Settings>
Set;
Forward No Answer Internal - to VM Pilot#
Forward No Answer External - to Cell/Mobile (9-xxx-xxxx depending on dial plan) Make sure the CSS has External Access
