Call forward not registered

Hi have a number of phone that are not registered how can I forward these to VM or another number? I can't change the busy / call forward all or no answer settings?

What platform of IP Tel and Version are you running?

Hi Dave,

You can change these settings via ccmadmin or ccmuser (if allowed in enterprise parameters) even if the phone is not registered.To change the CFWDALL;

Device>Phone>Directory Number Configuration>CFWDALL #> Update> Reset

The phone will now be forwarded to the CFWDALL # that you set.(Like the VM pilot#)

Hopefully I haven't misunderstood your question completely.
