Call Forward Shared Line

Is there any way to do a Call Forward from a Shared Line? The CFwdAll option is grayed out when I try to do this. I know I can do it with CCMUser.

This is not a limitation due to a shared line but instead is that it is probably because this isn't the 1st line on the phone. Only the 1st line can be forwarded with the CFwdALL button. The remainder can only be done using CCMAdmin, CCMUser webpages or direct SQL access.
