Having a problem where CM 5 is unable to forward an external call to a voicemail server via a sip trunk. Calls from a SIP phone on CM5 to the vm server work fine. Calls between IP phones with the CFNA set to the vm work fine. Only external calls are having a problem. The gateway is an mgcp gateway. Here is the router config -
Quick question, why does the sip trunk have to come to the router and then go via sip to the voicemail server ? Cant you do direct sip integration to your voicemail server, since 5.0 has native support for sip ?
