Call Forwarding from Hunt Group

Hi All,

We have reorganized our Dial-Plan for CallMAnager from 2- to 3 Numbers. For Example from "99" to "199". We can call any User in the HuntGroup, but they can not Forwarding the Calls to an other User.

When we Call the normal User (not in the HuntGroup) they can Forward all call without Problem.

Any Suggestions ?

Hi All,

We have solved the Problem. It was an Codec Issue:)))

Now the WebAttendant Clients have the old Dialplan on their Display (for Example "99" instead "199").

Any other Suggestions

Check to make sure they are using the correct database under the setting for WebAttendant.
