call forwarding

Hello,<br><br>I want to foward the call after the greeting to a phone number out of Unity not to a subscriber. I searched, but found no Possibility to do this. <br>Is this possible?<br><br>Thanks Achim<br><br>

You'll have to create another call handler and have the transfer extension transfer out to this number.

We have exactly the same problem here with 3.1.1. We have a call handler that after hours does and "attempt transfer for Tech Support Cell". The Tech support Cell call handler is set to transfer to an offsite number.

No mater what changes we make, this always transfers to the greeting for that call handler.

Any advise would be appreciated.
