Call forwarding

User A is out of the office on leave, and has her phone forwarded to User B. If User B does not pick up the phone, it will go into User's A voice mail. Is there a way to change this so that it goes into User B's voice mail box?

Try the following. This will work but not an ideal solution.

Change the User's A voice mail DN (different from CM DN). This will accomplish what you are looking for.

You can change the voice mail DN back to the original DN when you need to remove the forward option.
