Call Forwarding

I am running CM version 3.1(4b).

I have a device profile setup to forward all calls to a 1877 number the call search space for that profiles is set up to allow long distance calls. When I trying calling the device profiles directory number I receive a message from the operatro saying call can not be compleated as dialed. When I call this 1877 number directly from my phone it works fine.

looking for any ideas as to what might be the problem

Turn on the TRACE and test the call again, and look at the trace to see why the call is being blocked, also watch the gateway to see of it ever gets there.

I have checked that gateway and the call does get to it. Where do I turn on the traces

Are you using a translation pattern for this? How many digits is your provider passing to you? All 10, or less?
