Call forwarding

We have CCM 3.0 and Unity 2.4.5.<br>Can anyone tell me what needs to be done on the system for a user to be able to remotely (via phone) change where all incoming calls to his extension forwarded to?<br><br>

Call forwarding is controlled by CallManager. There's no way to change where your phone is going to forward via TUI (it's not controlled by Unity). What you can change is the transfer destination when some one dials your extension inside the Unity Auto-Attendant. This can be done through the setup options menu under transfers and greetings.
