Hello:
I know how I can make a call forward for all my inbound calls, but How can I do it only when I am busy or when I don?t answer the call?

From the phone itself it can only be done with the CallForwardAll, but if you login to the CCMAdmin webpage and go to the phone and then the line, you can set the CallForwardBusy and CallForwardNoAnswer.

I find it. but I can choose only one number. Can I choose a different number each time?
Can I activated it when I will, if I am the user?.

Yes, you can change the number whenever you want. The problem is that only a person that has access to the CCMAdmin page can change those features.

Wrong. You have user pages under
host/ccmuser url.
You only need to create user and assign phones to him in admin pages (and explain to him how to use ccmuser aplication on server of course).
Careful, those data (user-phone links) didn't survive some system upgrades, so push it slowly - just power users.
