Call Foward to External number Not working

Hi

I am trying to set up the following. Incoming DDI number is rerouted back out to an external number. I have created a CTI route point 8901 which is the last 4 digits of the DDI and set Call Forward All and entered the outside number. Problem is when i call in i get number is out of service message.

I am pretty sure it CSS and Partition but cant seen to work it out, anyone have a good link?

Couple of questions:

1. what version of CCM are you running?

2. Is the GW set to receive 4 significant digits?

Try doing the same with an IP phone, and if that works use the same CSS/Partitions combo for the RP

Make sure the CSS on the callForwardAll field is correct.

Also, instead of the CTI RP try using CTI Port.

Post your CCM trace after you make a call, specify what you dialed and where is it supposed to forward.
