Customer has 2 attendant consoles. when not on line caller goes to vm. when on line caller is answered by attendants in a round robin arrangement. works fine.
if att's are on line and don not answer the call, it just keeps on ringing. is there a way to have unanswered calls go straight to vm ( last member of line grp is a cti route point that fwds/all to vm)
