Call Handler Greetings Records no more than 30 sec

I am currently using the veriosn 2.46 2-port Keyless Demo Version of Unity and when my customer goes to create another Call Handler (8 in all), which happens to be over 30 sec in Greeting Length....well Unity's System Administration under that particular Call Handler, we see that the time recorded is from 00-30sec. Indeed when we test this Call Handler from an outside or internal phone, surely the Greeting played for this Call Handler truncates after 30 sec of play (in mid sentence).<br><br>I have tested this on another Unity Server (also a 2port Keyless Demo Version 2.46) and NO PROBLEMS on this other one.<br><br>

Check the Class of Service of the administrator making the call handler (i.e. the guy trying to record the greetings). There's a page on the COS called "Greetings" where you can dictate the maximum greeting length this user can record. By default it's set to 90, any chance someone cranked it down to 30 instead?
