Call handler not working properly

Unity 2.4.6<br>We created a call handler to transfer to the extension 1555. In the profile section, we put 1555 as the extension and in the transfer section, we check : Yes ring the subscriber at the extension (1555). Unity thansfer the call always to the extension 3200 instead of 1555. We change the extension in the Call Transfer section for other extensions but Unity still thansfer the call to the extension 3500. Why ?????<br><br><br>

For call handlers there are three transfer rules... make sure you're changing the active one. To be sure, activate the alternate transfer rule and set that guy's extension to where you want the call to go and test. If it works then you know what the problem is... if not, there's something else at play (i.e. you're hitting a different call handler or there's a bug in the version you're working with etc...).
