It sounds like the problem you are having is an issue that was fixed in TSP 1.0.0.32 -- which TSP are you running?

You can also work around this by creating a routing rule that sends forwarded calls from VM ports to a sign-in conversation.

If the first port of the Unity is busy the second one answer with the standard greeting for the call handler instead of asking the user to digit its own password.
How can I fix that???

Scott,
originally I used the TSP found in the 2.4.6.102 VM release, then I tried to upgrade it at ver 1.0.0.28, found on the Cisco download area. Sincerly I haven't tested it deeply, but the first result was bad... it does not work.
What I would like to do is to reload all the systems, CCM + Unity, and see what happens.
Questions:
- How it is possible to check the version of TSP you're running??
- In order to upload the TSP, is it better to remove the original version first and then load the new one??
Thanks

It is recommended to remove the existing TSP before installing the new TSP. Check out the release notes for the TSP you installed on CCO, page 4.

To find the TSP version you are running, check out the instructions in this post: http://avforums.isomedia.com/cgi-bin/showthreaded.pl?Cat=&Board=unityent&Number=5472&page=&view=&sb=&vc=1#Post5472 " target="_new">http:// http://avforums.isomedia.com/cgi-bin/showthreaded.pl?Cat=&Board=unityent&Number=5472&page=&view=&sb=&vc=1#Post5472
