Call Handler question

I have a following request: in Opening Greeting we have an option 4 to go to Sales which is someone's extension. But when callers want to leave voice messages they will be sent to General Mailbox, not this person's mailbox. How can we do that ? Thanks for help.<br>Duc Vu<br><br>

You should be able to set the Message Recipient field to a subscriber or distribution list for any call handler that takes a message. This is set on the "Messages" page of each handler.

Thanks for help. I need a little more details about this issue. So in Message recipient, I could set to a Subscriber or Distribution List then I need to create a General Mailbox to receive these messages. Is it correct ?
