Unity 2.4.6<br>We created a call handler to transfer to the extension 1555. In the profile section, we put 1555 as the extension and in the transfer section, we check : Yes ring the subscriber at the extension (1555). Unity thansfer the call always to the extension 3200 instead of 1555. We change the extension in the Call Transfer section for other extensions but Unity still thansfer the call to the extension 3500. Why ?????<br><br>

How are you getting to the point where Unity performs the transfer?
Do you maybe have Alternate Transfer enabled for 3200?
