Call Handler/Unity System Announements

I need to turn off the Default Unity Voice functionality...<br>I have removed the check in my Call Handler, Caller Input, that allows users dial extensions.... but the System "Voice" still says, "If you would like to dial an extension, do so now." <br>This needs to be a completely customized greeting, without the Unity System "Voice" tailing the company message.<br><br>Any thoughts?<br><br>Chris Buckingham<br><br>

That's not the opening greeting saying "if you would like to dial an extension now...", that's the "say goodbye" call handler. Calls will be routed here in most cases after leaving a message or after no response etc... rather than just dumping the caller we send them here and say bye nicely.

you just need to record the greeting for this say goodbye handler to say what you want.
