I have some confusions in the CallHandlers such as the differences between "Release to Switch" and "Supervisor Transfer"; also in each handler there are "Recording field" for Profile and Greetings, when to use what ? Thanks for help. <br><br>
I might have an old version of Unity System Adminitration Guide which does not say anything about the Recording button in Profile. Eventhough SA Admin Guide says version 2.4 but I don't know if it's 2.4.1 or 2.4.6. Also the book says " Release to switch use only when call forwarding is set on phone system" then it goes on to state that " You can use Supervised transfer whether or not the phone system forwards calls." page 209. Well, that does not help me much. Thanks.
