Call handlers

Here is what I have - Unity 4.01, CCM 3.3(2)

During normal hours I want it to ring directly to the main number and ring the phones and not say I will transfer your call now.

After hours I dont want it to ring and I want it to go directly to the auto Attendant.

Your best bet is reading up on audio text applications. All of the information you will need to design and setup audio text applications is available here:
