Re: Call Handlers

The Call Handlers are stored in SQL and the greeting .wav files are stored in the '\commserver\Stream Files' directory.

Re: Call Handlers

There's a few exceptions to the stream files path, however... all objects created by the Unity setup (openin greeting, operator, interview handler, example administrator, example subscriber) have their voice names and greetings stored in \commserver\localize\defaultConfiguration\ENU\

so if you're looking for the opening greeting, for instance, you have to go here... you'll see the "openingGreetingDay.wav" and "openingGreetingNight.wav" etc... in here.

Why it's done this way is one of the mysteries of the universe I'm afraid...
