Call hold & transfer H450

Hi,

I have a network with a 2811 router with an E1 card acting as a

gateway to

the PSTN, another router running CCME4 with some 7940s and a couple of

AudioCode

MP-124 VoIP-to-Analogue boxes providing a number of POTs phones.

Using H450 supplementary services, calls between the two MP-124s can be

put

on hold, transferred etc OK via the hookflash facility on the analogue

phone. However when I try and put on hold/transfer a call involving

endpoints on the Cisco boxes and phones on the MP-124s nothing happens

(the

analogue phone doesn't give out a secondary dial-tone and the exiting

call

continues uninterrupted).

"Debug h225 asn1" show that the routers do receive h450 events (sample

output below) when a hookflash event occurs on the analogue phones:

I am sure that I got this working a while back by just including the

following:

voice service voip

allow-connections h323 to h323

supplementary-service h450.12

but alas I can not reproduce these earlier results now.

Any help much appreciated.

PS the CCME router is running 12.4(9)T1

and the E1 router 12.4(4)T1

Re: Call hold & transfer H450

Can you post what you have in the telephony-service configuration?

The allow connections is going to support hairpin routing for the calls not supported by H.450.2 transfer. To enable H.450.2 transfer you need to set the transfer-system full-consult in CME Telephony-service. The issue might also be because you don't have a transfer-pattern set. If you are trying to transfer to a number other than a CME endpoint you need this set.

Re: Call hold & transfer H450

Hi,

the Cisco VoIP phones can initiate transfer calls etc OK it is when I try and use the hookflash on the analogue phones that the H450 stuff doesn't function any longer.

Here is my CME telephony service section.
