call manager 3.0(11)

I have a customer that is running cm 3.0(11) and wants to upgrade to 3.1. Looking at the compatibility matrix it would appear that the supported versions for upgrade start with 3.0(12). Do I need to upgrade to 3.0(12 first before upgrading to 3.1???

Yes, you would first need to upgrade to 3.0(12) before you went to 3.1(4b). I'm not sure what in the code changed, but it is always better to be safe than sorry.
