Call Manager 3.1(3a) - missed calls

after upgrading CCM from 3.12C to 3.13a spC, the customer has complained that a few calls (from the pstn - they think) beep (not ring, like second line ring if on primary line) and state 1 missed call (immediately)

this single beep (tone) happens when not on phone - like forewarding to second line and hanging up ??

When missed call happens when they are on the phone - they don't get a beep, just display of missed call.

any ideas

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.
