Call Manager 3.1 - reservation when busy

Does anyone know if Call Manager 3.1 is able to handle the reservation of a call if the IP Phone is busy??

What I mean is: if the IP phone that I call is busy I should be able to dial a code for having the connection as soon as the phone will be free.

There is no ring when next used feature in Call Manager as yet, though I have no doubt much requested. I suspect there will be a third party app which will do it.

We have a third party product called telesnap realize this feature (CTI Application).
