Since there has been no response to your post, it appears to be either too complex or too rare an issue for other forum members to assist you. If you don't get a suitable response to your post, you may wish to review our resources at the online Technical Assistance Center (http://www.cisco.com/tac) or speak with a TAC engineer. You can open a TAC case online at http://www.cisco.com/tac/caseopen
If anyone else in the forum has some advice, please reply to this thread.
Thank you for posting.

We're having the same issue with 3.2. Currently have an open TAC case. Supposedly, this was fixed in 3.13 with CSCdv48453.

Is this active directory Intergration? Was this working with 3.1.2c ?
This happens because email is not a mandatory user attribute in Active Directory. But, from the Call Manager perspective, this is a required attribute. Without this field being populated, users will not show up in the Directory or Admin pages.
Follow these steps to populate the email field:
From a Domain Controller, open Active Directory Users and Computers: Start -> Programs -> Administrative Tools
-> Active Directory Users and Computers. Select the user, right-click and choose 'Properties'.
The user properties will then be displayed. Under the General tab, check to make sure the E-mail field is populated.

Hi,
it was not an active Directory Integration.
I couldnt open the User page. The User was available
in the DC Directory but i couldnt open it on the CallManager Administration.
I have Installed the 3.1.2c again.
Thanks

hi there.
i have the same problem here, and i think i tracked down the problem to the activeX-Component , that comes with the web-app.
at line 180 in admin/usermainpage.asp there is an object "userObj" that gets instantiated.
>> userObj = new ActiveXObject("DirUser.DirUser");
at line 232, a method gets called and an error ( too many arguments ) gets raised :
>>userInfoVector = userObj.getUserInfo,UserID);//,false);
when i comment the second parameter ( as noted above ), an error is raised at line 303 :
>> userlocale =userInfo.getLocale();
Object doesn't support this property or method
at this point i suppose, that the activeX-Component is of an old version, and has not been updated to the 3.2.X ( localized ) version.
i this "veryfiable" by a npc-engineer ?
thanks in advance ...
