and call stay active between Call Manager and Cisco 2620+MFT-E1 connected to Defininy by R2 %( . IOS ver 12.3.3 h323,plus

There is not much we can tell from the message that you have posted. You need to find out if the call that are getting stuck are straight calls from user to user or are they conference calls or transfers or something else. The other thing you need to find out is who disconnects the call first IP Phone user or PSTN user. Once you can narrow down the specific part of network, then we can focus on looking at the traces from that device.
