Call Manager 3.3 Global Direcrory issues.

Cisco Call Manager 3.3 corporate directory disappears within directories.

Does anyone know what causes the Corporate directory to disappear with in the directories services on the Cisco VoIP 7940 & 7960 phones? We are using Call Manager 3.3. When we reset the phones the directory will come back. What do we need to do to remedy this? Any help would be appriciated.

verify if any error messages are on the phone when you attempt to get the directory and it fails.

let us know the error if you have one.

this is usually caused by the http failing for one reason or another. ie: authentication to the URL, webServer not operational, .asp file not present or corrupted, etc.
