Call Manager 3.3 Global Directory

Cisco Call Manager 3.3 corporate directory disappears within directories.

Does anyone know what causes the Corporate directory to disappear with in the directories services on the Cisco VoIP 7940 & 7960 phones? We are using Call Manager 3.3. When we reset the phones the directory will come back. What do we need to do to remedy this? Any help would be appriciated.

Which phone load you are using?

Make sure, the URL for directories you are using IP address instead of hostname (By default PUB name).

Have you already checked that config file in fact contains the URL for directories.?

You can try recreate the .cnf files by Disable Caching in TFTP Service Parameters (Advanced) ,Restarting TFTP service then phones.

No FW or ACL blocking HTTP traffic?

Otherwise I would open a TAC case to look deeper.

(Sniffer, .cnf files, HTTP Traffic, etc)
