Call Manager 4.1.3 no with no patch

HI all,

I have a customer whos has a call manager ver. 4.1.3 and has not installed any patches until now. I found there are three patches for this CM. Should we install every patch or is it enough with installing just the latest one?

CCM service releases are cumulative, so you need only apply the latest patch, 4.1(3)SR3. However, do review the release notes before applying any patches and ideally, try it in a test lab first.
