Call Manager 4.13 Service Release 2 and 3620 MGCP FXS gateway

I have configured a 3620 MGCP gateway using a VIC-2FXS card. Everything is all registered and working fine, I can make calls etc. When I try to add a Route Group, no devices show up. Does anyone have any suggestions. I would greatly appreciate the help.

That means that your GW is already assigned to a Route Pattern.

You may remove it from the Gateway/RL option in teh RP to make it available in the Route Group.

I do not currently have any route lists or patterns. After I configured the GW for the first time, I was unable to create the route group. When I check the database, I have noticed that there is no entry for the xml configurtion file.

Same issue in my lab.

Only FXO ports are displayed, not FXS

The curious thing is that FXS are showed in the Route Pattern.

Seems to be that TkModel value 120 (MGCP Station)are not being displayed for that asp. 121 (MGCP trunk) yes.

6624 FXS port are displayed and configurable (47-MODEL_ELVIS).

Will get back tou you if this is WAD or a DDTS.

You may also try Line Group feature if you havent already done that.
