Call Manager 5.0 SIP Trunk Issue

Call Manager 5.0 with a SIP Trunk to a voip provider, does not pass calls. Performed a network sniff the SIP From Address is 029<>60@192.<>.220 the first part is correct but after the @ should be the realm of the account not the internal ip address of the call manager (see CM5 Trace.bmp)

The other trace is a desktop client which has the correct from information then when the request hits the voip provider it authenticates.

How do I can get call manager to sent the correct realm information, I have added the realm to the server but cann see where to bind it to the trunk device.

Thanks

Cisco Unity supports a SIP trunk integration with the Cisco Unified CallManager phone system when the Cisco Unified CallManager phone system has only SIP phones.
