Call Manager ADS Integration

Hi,

I am trying to integrate CCM with Microsoft Active Directory. The plugin in the CCM gets installed successfully, but none of the ADS users are displayed on the CCM when a user search is given. If I add an user on the CCM the user gets reflected in the ADS, but when an user is added on the ADS the user is not reflected on the CCM. Has anyone come across this problem. Thanks in advance.

It sounds like the users added in ADS are not being inserted into an OU which is under the CallManager's configured user base. Can you make sure that those match?

Hi,

I just figured out what the problem was. In CCM 3.1(3a) it is compulsary to add the last name when we add an user in the ADS. Doing this has fixed my problem.
