Call manager and gatekeeper

I configured call manager with gatekeeper

The example of gatekepper config

Zone gk1.Neo prefix 7034* priority gateway list(s):

Priority 10:

90.22.76.70:1720 Gw1

Priority 5:

90.22.76.75:1720 Gw2

If user place a call via CallManager somewhere to

7034* gatekeeper inform callmanager to call via Gw1

All is going well while Gw1 works .. But after Gw1 fails .. callmanager just gets fast busy

And dos’t try to call via secondary Gw2 / How to solve this ?

my guess..

Is GW2 available (registered). If it is not, i would guess the Gatekeeper will return an ARJ with a reason pointing at such cause. If you have a sniffer, you can clearly read that, if not, try turning on debug h225 asn1 on the GK and see what happens when you attempt a call. Another troubleshooting method would be to completely remove GW1 from the GK config and see if the call can complete using GW2 alone.

about the second method

when i change gk configuration to v.e

all is working well .. when i place call from Cisco IP Phone that connected direct to keyswitch (2600) not via call manager .. call redirects from gw1 to gw2 ( or v.e ) correctly

any idea ?
