Call Manager Attendant Console

My Attendant Console shows all lines in an unknown state(?), even when you know for a fact that the line is in use. What would cause this?

Yes. We just implemented the built in firewall included in Windows XPSP2 company wide. I will make an exception and then check. thanks for the reminder.

Make sure you allow these ports:

TCP Ports 1099 - 1129 and 2748

UDP Ports 3223 (Line state), 4321,

I forgot that we had jsut implemented the firewall. We made an exception for this application and all is working fine now. Thanks!!!!!!

Is this a new setup? Is your call control up? If not then it sounds like a ac user device association issue.

cderen is right, there should be no firewalls between the AC client and CCM but if is completely necessary then open those ports.
